WVPP - WORKPLACE VIOLENCE PREVENTION PLAN

As of July 1, 2024 California Senate bill SB: 553 requires that all businesses have a WVPP plan and training program in place. For healthcare companies there was a prior 2018 SB bill that required all healthcare businesses to have WVPP in place for violence in healthcare situations. This WVPP adopts both requirements.
